Welcome to Truvaxia. By deploying our SDKs, accessing our verification APIs, or utilizing the risk operations control panel, you agree to comply with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to integrate and run the Truvaxia Client SDK widget within your software applications. All intellectual property, detection algorithms, and API frameworks remain the sole property of Truvaxia.
Access to our scoring backend requires generated provider secrets. You are entirely responsible for keeping these credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized breach of security or usage of your credentials.
You agree not to bypass, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any biometric challenge mechanisms or device posture analysis heuristics built into our service. You may not use Truvaxia to build a competing fraud intelligence product.
You must provide clear, explicit disclosures to your end-users regarding biometric liveness processing before invoking the facial validation engine. If you do not obtain appropriate user consent under regional regulations, you must disable the biometric module immediately.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that our fraud engine will identify 100% of synthetic attacks, bots, or device spoofs. Risk indexing is heuristic and must not be used as the sole criteria for final identity verification.
